Psychoanalytic psychotherapy offers a reflective and confidential space to explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape your life. It attends not only to immediate difficulties, but to the often unspoken histories, relationships, and unconscious dynamics that influence how we feel, think, and relate to others and ourselves.
My approach draws on both traditional and contemporary psychoanalytic thinking, with an openness to how personal experience is shaped by wider social and political realities.
I aim to offer a thoughtful, respectful, and inclusive space, and I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities.
I am a member of UKCP and currently in training with the Society for Social and Critical Psychoanalysis, having previously undergone training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I am fully insured.
